How long will it take for my order to be made?

4-6 weeks. All of our products are made by hand and vary widely, but we pride ourselves on producing a quality product quickly. Not only do we outpace the norm of 10-24 weeks - we are always accessible and open communicators every step of the way.

How do you ship your leather products?

We ship your order with the carrier that offers the best value. Shipping cost depends on the size of your order.

We offer free shipping for orders over $200!

All products are carefully wrapped and padded to ensure they get to your door safely.

Are your leather products covered by a warranty?

We stand behind our products. For the life of the product, if any hardware fails, we’ll repair it at no cost to you. And if a repair isn’t possible, we’ll replace the component and get it back in service for you as quickly as possible.

Because our gear is fully custom, we don’t offer standard returns or exchanges. That said, we’re always here to communicate and will work with you if something isn’t right — never hesitate to reach out.
